Military
Aerospace:
Our
staff of engineers and programmers bring forth expertise in Automated Test
Equipment design in the following areas of military and aerospace. Various
military programs include M1 Abrams, the P7 Orion F/A 18, F14, F15, B2,
Missile Defense, Apache Longbow. Commercial software test equipment
includes the 747 and MD11 aircraft.
GPIB:
Our
GPIB simulation software is used
to simulate and test various GPIB instruments. For example, an HP GPIB
frequency synthesizer simulator may be simulated using a GPIB card in a
personal computer running Windows, with a GPIB card to act as the
instrument. This makes software integration and testing possible without
having the actual hardware on site, effectively saving thousands of
dollars in equipment costs. and allowing software engineers in various
locations of the country the opportunity to test their UUT, without having
the whole system.
REAL
TIME DATA ACQUISITION:
Software
test capability using pc boards utilizing A/D inputs and D/A outputs,
thermocouples and rtd's used in testing electro-hydraulic servo valves and
solenoids on aircraft engines. Motor drive control software, device
drivers, and executive and application software. Also software for testing
Arinc 429 and 1553 communication interfaces.
Software test code and drivers used to test weapon control systems and
flight and management computers . Code was written under the Windows
operating system using IEEE-488 devices and Arinc 429 devices and serial
interface devices.
Embedded system software and MMI software used to simulate and test the
Arinc portion of the MD11 aircraft. Simulation of electrical portion of
aircraft engines used on 747's and MD11 aircraft. Software included C,
PLM-51 in an embedded 8051 controller also 6800 assembly and Pascal.
TPS sets to test the F/A 18 Radar using the Atlas test language. Executive
software in 68000 Assembly, C and Fortran to control an array processor
and communicate with a PC used to test an A/D converter of various Radar.
